
Our goal is to encourage children to incorporate exercise into their lives now, beginning a lifetime of good health habits. Our certified personal trainers have carefully designed safe, fun programs with the intent of educating youth on fitness and health.
Jumping
Designed for children age 8-10 and 11-14 to participate in fun physical games and movements that are non-competitive and non-athletic. A large component of the class will be working out on mini-trampolines. It’s simply pure fun and fitness.
PAYMENT
Payment and scheduling is online or on-site and includes check, debit, Mastercard, Visa, & Discover. All packages are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Jumping programs need a minimum of 5 participants for the class to run. The maximum class size will be 12. It is a 55 minute class. The price for the 8 weeks, 1/week is $120 or 2x/wk for 225.
First time to ENERGIZE, required MANDATORY CONSENT FORM from legal guardian. Please go to forms and download and complete required consent form and bring with you on first day of class.

Extreme Teen Athlete 
Your teen can become a greater athlete; developing better balance, physical skills, endurance, and strength in a supportive and fun environment. There will be a large emphasis on plyometrics and agility training.
Plyometrics is a type of training that produces fast, powerful movements and improves nervous system functioning. Therefore sports performance is improved and one can jump higher, run faster, throw farther, or hit harder.
Agility is the ability to change the body’s position. This requires balance, coordination, reflexes, strength, and of course speed.
PAYMENT
This training is done as small group training. For $100/ session a group of 2, 3, or 4 teens can be trained together wtih emphases placed on these individual’s specific goals. If you have a larger group, please call Energize to arrange pricing.
