SPECIALTY SMALL GROUP TRAINING FOR EVERYONE

Specialized group trainings are social, more affordable, and provide individualized attention.

Masters Fitness- designed for the older adult to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.  May use weights, resistance tubes, TRX Suspension trainer, balls, and more.

Pump & Jump-resistance training (weights and/or TRx) combined with a fun, invigorating cardio workout on our Urban Rebounder mini trampolines.

Pump & Jump Masters-same as pump & jump but Urban Rebounders have a balance bar attached to make you feel more confident. Great for arthritis and improving balance. http://reboundingarthritis.com/

WOW-Women only Workout is an interval cardio & weight workout designed to tone the entire body using TRX, balls, weights, & more.

Babyweight- your baby has fun while you lift your baby as your weight for a full body strength workout.

Training Techniques

Functional training is a method of preparing one’s body for everyday life. Training is done in three planes of motion using multiple muscle groups to stimulate life movement patterns and to strengthen the body. This type of training integrates flexibility, balance, core, strength, and power.

Core stability training focuses on the group of muscles that support and sustain body posture and movement. These muscles are essential to proper body function and balance.

We have the most up-to-date equipment that has been researched extensively to provide you the best functional training. We use cable cross machines, free weights, stability balls, balance boards, and the Bosu.

Our additional specialties include:

A Black and Silver Indoor Trampoline.Urban Rebounder mini trampoline- This is a cardio workout that is 68% more efficient than jogging (it burns the same number of calories) without any pain or stress on joints while improving balance, coordination, and muscle tone.


Kettlebell and DumbellKettlebells- A kettle bell is a weight that resembles a cannon-ball with a handle. Kettlebell exercises, when properly used, requires one to both use their core and total body strength. They are an impressive tool to boost conditioning and develop great strength and stability.


TRXTRX-Suspension Trainer- This is a wonderful training device that enables you to control your bodyweight against the force of gravity in various planes of motion. Through the use of multiple muscle groups, you will simultaneously improve strength, balance, flexibility, core, and joint stability.

Here is an example of people using the TRX in a big class setting. You would get to feel very comfortable using the TRX with your personal trainer.
