Gym classSign up online or by phone so there is space for you. Please arrive on time so you are properly warmed up and don’t disturb others.  Classes are 55min. First class is free!

    Totally Tone - Mondays 6pm A class designed to strengthen, tone, and burn calories.  Use balls, weights, TRX suspension trainer, and many more toys for a fun and challenging workout.

    ABSolutely Jumping-Tu 9:15 am & 6pm-burn calories doing interval training.  Jump on our Urban Rebounder mini-trampolines while mixing in core/abdominal exercises.

    TRX Fun-Mondays 9:15 am & Wed 6pm
    This class involves cardiovascular & resistance training using TRX & weights. TRX is a suspended rope system that strengthens your body and core. You control your bodyweight against the force of gravity in various planes of motion. Watch a video of a TRX class.

    Masters Fitness - Wed 10:15 am Designed for the older adult to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. May use weights, TRX Suspension trainer, balls, and more.  Call if interested.

    Muscle & Cardio Fusion-Thurs 9:15 am -It is a fun and inspiring class that will teach you new exercises while challenging your endurance, total body strength, and core.   We will focus on interval training with each individual pushing to their own level in a supportive team environment.

    Zumba -Saturday 9am-easy to follow dance moves to the beat of Latin & international music.  It is a great way to energizeyour body & heart in this fun, interval training workout.

    Long & Lean Basics-Resume shortly-Beginners and intermediate exercisers who want to learn in a slower pace class.  Sculpt the body and burn calories with weights, fitness toys, and your bodyweight. Proper form and technique will be a priority.

    Pilates Matwork -Resumes in fall Use the pilates method to strengthen your “core” muscles and tone the entire body.

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga-Thursdays 7pm Cancelled til Sept. Vinyasa Yoga blends the ancient wisdom of many yogic traditions including Ashtanga, Iyengar and traditional Hatha into a moderately paced yoga class.  This flowing practice weaves movements and breathing techniques that will strengthen, increase flexibility and build endurance in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.  Props, modifications and a layered approach to exploring the postures is offerred in each class, as all levels of experience are welcome.

    There is a maximum of 20 people per class. First class is free! Price is $15/class or buy a package of 10 classes for $125.00 or 20 classes for $200.
